A batch fills 30 × 750mL bottles or 5 × 4.5L bags — or any mix. Bottles are reusable batch after batch; bags are single-use.
3 Your batch
Liquor-store price shown per litre with HST, refundable bottle deposit excluded. Craft wine made on premises isn't taxed like retail wine — the saving is structural, not a quality trade-off.

How it works: you start your batch in-store (payment up front), it ferments right here in our winery for 4–9 weeks depending on the wine, then you come back and bottle it. About 30 bottles per batch.
